This PR fixes #68. The issue occurred because
/htmsubcommands were registered in theCommandRegistrationCallbackevent callback, resulting in them re-registering when using/reload, which throws an exception.The issue has been resolved by registering the subcommands once at mod initialisation.
The PR also updates the README for the changes made to the mod's config in #67.
