Rounded corners on bottom of chat conflict with some other mods

I reported this issue to the Smooth Scrolling mod, and they already implemented a fix on their side but mentioned that the core issue was due to how Chatting expects chat to be rendered, and that other mods also break it in a similar way. If that component could be tweaked to function even when other mods are also modifying chat, then it may avoid similar issues with other mods.
