The admin wizard now lists a workspace's pending invitations beside its members, so a person who has not joined gets the resource on joining. Also regenerates the API types (v0.89.0) and words the bulk VM approval confirmation for creation that runs one by one.
The admin wizard lists every live workspace, personal ones included, and offers a personal workspace's owner as its recipient. Regenerates the API types at v0.90.0.
