Add an EIP-4844 glossary partial covering Proto-Danksharding, the blob fee market, and the two distinct ways Arbitrum uses the EIP: batches posting as blobs from ArbOS 20 onward, and the Fast Feed borrowing the pricing curve to price subscription tickets. Replace the inline EIP-4844 markdown link in the Fast Feed introduction with a quicklook, and regenerate the glossary partial and glossary.json. Also reword the audience and no-impact sentences, and soften the early-signal admonition from caution to note.
Add the missing article and pluralize the noun: "an earlier view of ordered transactions".
Governance status and activation timing change as the proposal moves through the DAO. Keep them out of the introduction so the page stays accurate without tracking the vote.

Replace the generic audit-reports index link with direct links to the two relevant reports, and name the mismatch: the Fast Feed Payment Contract is audited as "Sequencer Feed Ticketing".
