💡 What

Added dynamic context (app names and controller names) to the .help() tooltips and .accessibilityLabel() strings for the icon-only "Remove" buttons in the various Linked Apps and Linked Controllers sheets.

🎯 Why

When VoiceOver users navigate through lists with identical "Remove" buttons (e.g., inside ForEach loops), they hear "Remove... Remove... Remove..." without knowing what is being removed. Interpolating the item name (appInfo.name, bundleId, or binding.displayName) directly solves this ambiguity and gives mouse users better tooltips.

📸 Before/After

Before: All tooltips and labels were simply "Remove".
After: Tooltips and labels are contextual, e.g., "Remove OBS Studio" or "Remove Xbox Wireless Controller".

♿ Accessibility

Significantly improves VoiceOver navigation inside the Linked Apps and Linked Controllers list views by providing item-specific context to destructive actions.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13223635905791214011 started by @NSEvent

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Accessibility
    • Removal buttons for linked apps and controllers now identify the specific item, using its name or identifier where available. This makes it clearer which item will be removed.

Interpolated the dynamic item context (`appInfo.name`, `bundleId`, or `binding.displayName`) into the `.help()` and `.accessibilityLabel()` modifiers for the icon-only "Remove" buttons inside `LinkedAppsSheet`, `LayerLinkedAppsSheet`, and `LinkedControllersSheet`. This provides crucial context for screen reader users instead of ambiguous, repetitive "Remove" announcements.

A persisted controller with an empty name can be announced only as “Remove,” leaving VoiceOver users unable to distinguish that row’s action. This is a narrow usability issue; adding the fallback is advisable, but it does not block other workflows.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Add a fallback for an empty controller name.

ControllerProfileBinding stores supplied displayName values as-is and is Codable, so an empty name can reach these modifiers. They then announce "Remove " without identifying the row. Use a non-empty fallback, such as "Unnamed Controller", in both modifiers. The empty-name fallback requirement is stated in .Jules/palette.md, Line 31.
