Feature Request: Support for ternary conditional operators #37

Closing as this feature was implemented some time ago. This was implemented as "if-else expressions", which take the form
if(a) b else cwhere a, b, & c are expressions.
This is a request to support ternary conditional operators, based on the form Kotlin uses as was discussed on the discord server
