Failed Match Type (Name Encoding)

The other thing I would add is that sometimes one of the fields (most
often name) comes across in an encoding that we don't recognize. It
would be nice to have a 'failed' match type.

We’ve changed the Match Object to allow for statuses to be failed. See the API documentation for more details.

We’ve also made sure the data coming down the pipe doesn’t have an encoding you can’t parse.
