Release Yoke 1.25.1 with the efficiency and crash-accounting corrections already merged in #19. Synchronize package, lockfile, Canon, Claude/Codex/Gemini manifests and README; add the dated changelog with migration guidance and measurement limits. Clarify the historical implementation report and completed handoff checkpoint.
Independent release and documentation review approved this metadata-only delta. Existing release-metadata and Canon contracts, the full prepublish pipeline, dependency audit and a tarball install/help/Canon smoke cover the release. The functional handoff checklist is complete; authenticated provider savings remain unmeasured.
Fresh release-head Linux/Windows × Node 20/24 CI is required before the separate release operator merges, tags
v1.25.1and publishes through the existing GitHub-release/npm OIDC workflow. GitHub and npm publication will be verified separately.Published and independently verified: GitHub release v1.25.1, npm 1.25.1, latest=1.25.1. All four actual tag-commit CI jobs passed; trusted publishing succeeded. npm gitHead matches tag/main commit
a97c5e09aee68c00acede09c92753f56ac754ecb. Local prepublishOnly passed with 1,989 tests and two skips; audit, Canon and installed tarball smoke passed. Original user changes and historical measurements were preserved.
