Update course confirmation form and Grade Validation document details

Academic office changes across three documents.

Course confirmation form (courseRegistrationReceipt.js)

• Both copies retitled to Course confirmation form (Student Copy) and (Academic Copy).
• Additional notes: now carries the standing hint For Backlog/Improvement course.
• A Mobile Number: field under the student's signature.
• Prev. Sem. CPI is omitted entirely in semester 1, where there is no previous semester. Later semesters with no recorded CPI still print the dash as before.

The on-screen preview in RegisteredCourses.jsx mirrors this layout in its own markup, so it is updated in step — the generator's own header comment warns that the two must not drift.

Dashboard credit summary

When remaining credits reach zero or go negative, the Remaining Credits requirement for degree block is replaced by a completion message. The rule lives in lib/credits.js as hasCompletedDegree, reusing remainingCreditRequirement so the swayam cap is handled for free: a student with 150 earned but 10 swayam credits has only 146 counting toward the degree and is correctly not marked complete.

Grade Validation

The header gains a Last Graded Semester row and a degree standing line, both supplied by the API, and each semester heading now shows its academic year on the right. The standing line is rendered rather than recomputed here, so the single-student download and the batch ZIP export cannot disagree.

Depends on FusionIIIT/Fusion#1998, which adds academic_year, last_graded_semester and standing_text to the payload. Before that lands the new fields render empty rather than breaking.

Tests

Five added: three on the credit rule covering below, exactly at and above the requirement plus the swayam-cap case, and two on the dashboard confirming the completion message replaces the calculation and the inverse while credits are outstanding. 72 tests pass in the affected suites. ESLint problem count on GradeValidation.jsx is unchanged from the base branch.
