  • The safe area is re-read every frame (BLITZ_SAFE_AREA_BOTTOM, BLITZ_SAFE_AREA=0 for no insets).
  • blitz-dom: a finger may move 10px before its touch becomes a pan. At 2px a fingertip's normal roll on glass turned taps into pans, which swallow the click, so taps on a phone died silently. Mouse and pen keep 2px.

- `recheck_safe_area` ran only on `RedrawRequested`; on iOS most frames
are drawn directly (`frame_now`), so a phone that rotated after launch
kept its launch insets — portrait's notch and home-indicator bands over
a landscape page. It runs at the start of every `redraw` now, and its
follow-up frames go through the pacer on iOS.
- `BLITZ_SAFE_AREA_BOTTOM=0` lays the page out to the bottom edge, under
the home indicator, for a page whose bottom bar keeps its controls clear
itself (as `BLITZ_SAFE_AREA_SIDES=0` does for the sides).

For a page that minds what it needs itself. On a phone the view's safe
area can also be wrong: an app that rotated at launch kept portrait's
insets on a landscape window.

At 2px a fingertip's ordinary roll on glass turned a tap into a pan,
which swallows the click: taps on a phone died silently. Mouse and pen
keep 2px (selection drags).
