FR: Export settings / allow use of external config file #483

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sort of -- I have several computers and it is frustrating to set my options on each PC separately.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to use a configuration file stored in a location other than %localappdata% that is within the scope of OneDrive or other sync tools so that that file can be propagated to others PCs easily. Additionally or alternatively, settings export/import.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Opening the settings window on three different PCs at once and going page by page to ensure that all settings are the same.
