Build 3D finite element model from scratch

Goal: To start from a simple 1D bar implementation of linear elasticity to a 3D implementation of nonlinear plasticity model

How to execute:

1. uv venv
2. uv sync
3. uv run src/fem_python/main.py

Visualization

Use paraview to open vtk files. Refer to paraview manual for further elaboration.
