Chat in replays only shows messages visible to the player you are spectating #7288

Describe the issue

If viewing a replay without spectating any specific player, all chat messages are visible, but no marker messages are visible.

If viewing a replay whilst spectating player on Team 1, only [All], [Team 1 Ally], and [Team 1 Marker] messages are visible. [Team 2 Ally] and [Team 2 Marker] messages are not shown.

Changing the player you are spectating does not backload any messages that were missed.

It is currently impossible to view marker messages from both teams, and ally chat from both teams, in the same viewing of a replay.

Expected Behavior

All chat and marker messages from all players should be visible in the replay, regardless of the player you are spectating.
