Build and explain the bounded UMF actions model with ten beginner guides, eight responsive diagrams, executable tutorials, formal-analysis reproduction, and website navigation. Preserve unknown meanings, qualified native support, and explicit limits on execution and authorization claims.

7c0cade5663bfb2dd0ccdfeafad6f0dd0e8178a5. Astra Ultra reviewed both integrations and found no remaining bounded implementation or workflow blocker. Fresh native actions: 119 passing tests and 1,937 assertions; 44 action browser cases; seven core browser probes; five native/browser facet projections and four composition checks. All eight semantic checks passed with sealed inputs. The unrestricted regression retained 2,469 passes and 15 failures; five timeout failures passed unchanged full-file retries. Ten legacy admission checks remain failures (six missing historical prerequisites, four changed fingerprints), so this PR does not claim an unrestricted current strict certificate. Historical certificates remain byte-identical.Website validation passed: deterministic build, all seven malformed-source/output controls, examples, guide/browser/zoom checks, explorer navigation/filter/actual downloads, 37 artifact browser checks, and 14 installed reusable-browser Chromium checks. All retained evidence has recorded hashes.
Delivery pending: ten action-guide signatures are stale; six root-page signatures are valid. Signing refresh is blocked by 1Password CLI authorization timeout. Green final CI, main merge, actual deployed-site verification, and the experimental actions-v0.1.0 prerelease follow signing. No release has been created.
