docs(reports): reorderable block fields and the Location Count field in the Pro Report Builder

Documentation only. Updates the Pro Report Builder page (docs/content/metrics_reports/reports/PRO__report_builder.md) for two changes to Tabular and Detail blocks in DefectDojo Pro:

• The selected fields of a block can now be reordered from the block editor. The selection appears as a numbered list under the field picker, with a drag handle and up/down arrows, and removing a field from that list deselects it. Columns in a Tabular block and label/value pairs in a Detail block follow that order when the report is generated.
• A new Location Count field is available on the Organization, Asset, Engagement, Test and Finding entities when Locations are enabled. The page explains how each count is derived (direct references for Assets and Findings, distinct roll-ups for Organizations, Engagements and Tests) and that the counts respect the viewer's permissions.

One paragraph is added for each in the Blocks section, and a sentence in the "Create Blocks" walkthrough points at the reorder controls. English page only; wording is timeless, with no version references.

Test results

Docs-only change, no code. Proofread the new paragraphs against the shipped UI behavior in the paired Pro branch.
