incorrect synonyms #18
Description
although most synonyms are now relevant to their entries, there are still some cases where incorrect synonyms are making it through the cracks, for example, when searching for "set", "hi-fi" gets incorrectly returned. the reason is simple <b>hi-fi equipment</b>, <b>set</b>, <b>system</b> set is its own b-tag and it doesn't go through the rigorous (has the headword) check. No solution atm.

B-tags in major-division blocks are having lax checks, should go through the strict path instead.
