STA-642. Prepares the always-on Teley stack; no host switch applied — that needs the Captain's yes/no.

  • New input devenv-fleet (v0.1.0, flake = false); worker is its pkgs/teley.nix (:8787), collector is opentelemetry-collector-contrib (:4318) with the same config as devenv-fleet's telemetry module, so a dev shell's devenv up attaches instead of starting a second stack.
  • THEBATTLESHIP: cody@THEBATTLESHIP gets home-manager user services teley and teley-collector (hosts/THEBATTLESHIP/cody-teley.nix).
  • airlock: deviation — rat has no home-manager there, so two LaunchDaemons run as rat (<fleet.coding.cli/teley-launchd>), logs at ~rat/Library/Logs/teley.log.
  • Room is ~/.teley/session.json, created (0600) by the collector wrapper if missing.

Checked: worker + collector build on x86_64-linux; worker smoke-run answers Teley's /r/ 404 probe; collector starts and writes its config; THEBATTLESHIP HM and airlock darwin configs evaluate. Not run: full host build, aarch64 build of the worker (wrangler/workerd on darwin), activation.

…IP and airlock

Built from devenv-fleet v0.1.0's pkgs/teley.nix. THEBATTLESHIP: home-manager
user services for cody. airlock: LaunchDaemons run as rat (rat has no
home-manager).
