Agent instructions live in AGENTS.md so every coding agent (Codex, Cursor, Claude Code) reads them; Claude Code loads AGENTS.md when there is no CLAUDE.md.

Agent instructions move from
CLAUDE.mdtoAGENTS.mdso every coding agent (Codex, Cursor, Claude Code and others) reads them. Claude Code loadsAGENTS.mdwhen a directory has noCLAUDE.md, so Claude agents lose nothing. Docs-only: the file is renamed as is and references to it are updated.AGENTS.mdwas a pointer toCLAUDE.md. The two are merged:CLAUDE.md's content becomesAGENTS.md, the pointer is dropped, and its one non-circular part (seedocs/den-conventions.md; theden-fleetskill is the short decision tree for adding software) moves into the opening lines. README anddocs/add-new-host.md,docs/add-new-user.md,docs/den-conventions.mdpoint atAGENTS.md..beads/issues.jsonl(old issue records) is left alone.just fmt: no changes.
