Changing the save folder location

Can't find this option yet, so I'd request it. Is it possible to implement it? Or am I overseeing it?

#421 lets us open projects at any path, now we just need a config option

You can now change the default save and recordings folder from settings. This should be in the latest release, please reopen if it's still not configurable for you.
