Description
Short freeze (~20-30s) right after reaching the KDE Plasma (Wayland) desktop on a fresh boot. The system recovers on its own, no crash/reboot. Possibly related to https://github.com/CachyOS/linux-cachyos/issues/959 (similar Plasma/amdgpu freeze reports).

CPU/APU: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 (Strix Point), Radeon 890M, RDNA 3.5 / DCN 3.5, gfx1150
Kernel: 7.2.6-1-cachyos (linux-cachyos), PREEMPT_DYNAMIC

No hung-task/soft-lockup/RCU-stall traces appear, likely because nowatchdog is on the cmdline — will retest without it if the freeze recurs, to get a full stack trace.
Steps to reproduce
Cold boot.
Freeze for ~20-30s shortly after the Plasma desktop appears.
Recovers on its own.
Already checked
BIOS is the latest available for this model (v1.30).
Haven't yet compared against a mainline/LTS kernel to confirm whether it's specific to linux-cachyos patches or an upstream amdgpu issue.
