Clicking on opened item in parent chain brings window to front #363

Feature Description
When view an item's details, click on another item in its parent chain opens new window for that item. Currently, clicking it again does nothing. We should change this to instead bring the clicked item's window to the front.

Preferred Solution
Not sure if this is doable with just Typescript, might need to modify CSS through Typescript to make this work?
