Summary

Adds the missing CI workflow. The repository has 18 backend test files (129 tests) but no workflow runs them; .github/workflows/ currently only publishes Docker images and updates the star-history bot.

• Backend: Python 3.11 (matches the Dockerfile), installs only the dependencies the suite imports, runs pytest tests -q from backend/.
• Frontend: Node 24, npm ci + npm run build from frontend/.
• Triggers on pull_request, pushes to main, and manual dispatch. Read-only token, 10-minute timeout, concurrency cancellation.

The backend suite mocks Zep and never calls an LLM, so no LLM_API_KEY / ZEP_API_KEY secrets are needed. It also does not import camel/oasis, so installing the full uv.lock (132 packages including CUDA torch) would be unnecessary overhead. The frontend job uses a full checkout because the Vite build imports repo-root locales/*.json.

Verification

Clean environment, no .env, no keys:

• Python 3.11: 129 passed in 13.36s
• Python 3.12: 129 passed in 11.66s
• Node 24: npm ci + npm run build → 691 modules, 6.13s, 1.3 MB dist
• actionlint 1.7.12: clean

Scope

• One new file, no application code.
• Does not touch docker-image.yml; the action-version bumps are covered by Upgrade GitHub Actions for Node 24 compatibility #86 / Upgrade GitHub Actions to latest versions #87.
• PR test: add comprehensive test suite for frontend and backend #355 adds a test suite and an example YAML inside TESTING.md, but no workflow file. If maintainers prefer, this workflow can be folded into test: add comprehensive test suite for frontend and backend #355.

新增 CI 工作流：在 PR 上运行后端现有 129 个测试，并构建前端。后端测试全部 mock 了 Zep，不需要 LLM/Zep 密钥；完整 uv sync 会拉取 CUDA 版 torch，因此这里只安装测试所需依赖。改动仅新增一个 workflow 文件，未修改应用代码，也未改动 docker-image.yml。
