Add Screenshot-Guided Instructions for Generating OAuth Flow Credentials in Manager UI

Problem

• New users may find it unclear how to generate OAuth Flow credentials in the Manager UI.
• The API Introduction documentation does not currently explain the OAuth2 setup process.

Proposed Solution

• Add a step-by-step, screenshot-guided tutorial explaining how to generate OAuth Flow credentials.
• This can be done in one of two ways:
  • Create a new tutorial under the Tutorials Page, or
  • Update the existing API Introduction documentation with the same guided instructions.

Additional Context

I already have the necessary screenshots ready. If this proposal is approved, I can prepare and submit a PR adding the screenshot-guided instructions.
