Apps can now turn on server-side business features from the CLI. The first one is pg (the app database), so a full_stack app no longer has to be created with a database or upgraded through a cloud session to get one. - +features lists each feature's name and enabled flag (GET /open-apis/spark/v1/apps/:app_id/features). With --operation-ref it also reports the enable operation kept for that key. - +feature-enable --feature pg posts only an idempotent_key. Network failures are replayed with the same key; --idempotent-key resumes an earlier attempt from the operation the server keeps for it; a running operation is polled for at most 60s without re-sending the write. A 40913 answer looks up the operation kept for this key first, so a replay that races its own first attempt is followed instead of being reported as a conflict. - Studio error codes (also behind the gateway's 33xxxxx form) are explained: 40914 not a new-contract app (enable the database in Miaoda cloud development), 40915 the key can no longer be used (check +features, then start over without --idempotent-key), 40001, 40009, 40912, 40913 and 42900 get their own subtype and hint. Only outcomes that may still change point at the --operation-ref query. - next_steps after a successful enable depend on where the command runs: inside a Miaoda sandbox (MIAODA_AUTHN_CODE is set) the platform applies the database; locally it is +env-pull and a restart of the dev process. - +env-pull applies the pg keys explicitly: an explicit disable clears the connection keys and FORCE_DB_BRANCH, an exported connection pins FORCE_DB_BRANCH=dev, and it reports restart_required and shell variables that would shadow .env.local (names only). - Keys are sent in the lower-case form the server stores. - lark-apps skill, references and the apps E2E coverage table cover the new commands.

A server that does not implement the app features API answers every call through the OpenAPI gateway with HTTP 500 and code 2200 "Internal Error". The CLI classified that as a retryable server error, and +feature-enable told the caller to resume the same key, so an agent pointed at such a server kept retrying a call that cannot succeed. The gateway gives the same answer for a passing upstream failure and the response carries nothing that tells the two apart, so a 2200 from the feature endpoints is now re-checked with one plain read of the features endpoint. Only when that read fails the same way is the error reported as feature_not_available, not retryable, with a hint to upgrade the server or enable the database in Miaoda cloud development. A re-check that succeeds keeps the original error and its same-key resume guidance; for +features the successful second read is simply returned.

…redential failures
An authentication failure on +feature-enable, on the key lookup before a
resume, or on +features --operation-ref used to fall through to the
recovery for outcomes that may still change, so the caller was told to
resume the same idempotent_key. No key can succeed until the user
authorizes again, and an agent following that hint kept retrying.
- Code 221801 ("miaoda UAT expired and cannot refresh, need
reactivate"), which the Miaoda sandbox proxy returns once the user
credential can no longer be refreshed, is classified as
authentication / token_expired next to 221800, so it exits as an
authentication error and is not retryable.
- The feature commands now handle any authentication failure the same
way the CLI's missing-login error does: not retryable, and with the
standard user-authorization recovery when the producer left no hint.
That recovery is projected per distribution, so builds without
`auth login` keep the generic re-authorization wording.
The Miaoda sandbox proxy answers a credential it cannot accept with HTTP
401 and its own JSON body ({"status_code":"k_gw_ec_000032",...}), not a
Spark envelope. The shared classifier turns such a status into an api
error with code 401, so +feature-enable still told the caller to resume
the same idempotent_key and +features pointed at the app id.
Spark answers its own failures inside an envelope and neither the
features service nor the OpenAPI plugin answers with HTTP 401, so a bare
401 reaching these commands is a credential rejected in front of Spark.
On the enable, the key lookup before a resume and +features it is now
re-typed as an authentication error (token_invalid, code 401) and gets
the same handling as code 221801: not retryable, with the standard
user-authorization recovery. +export already maps its 401 the same way.
The feature name says what the app gets rather than which engine backs it, matching how the db-* commands refer to the app's database. The CLI accepts only `--feature database`; `pg` is rejected during validation.
Before the app features routes are registered on an OpenAPI gateway, every
call to them is answered with a bare HTTP 404 ("404 page not found", no API
envelope). +features reported it as an app-not-found error pointing at the
app list, and +feature-enable offered a same-key resume that can only
repeat the 404.
A bare 404 is now recognized next to the gateway's internal error (2200):
after one read-only re-check answered the same way, both commands report
feature_not_available, not retryable, and point at Miaoda cloud development.
When only the enable is answered with a 404 while the features read works,
the enable is final as well instead of offering a resume. Spark answers its
own failures, a missing app included, inside an envelope, so a bare 404 only
comes from the gateway.
…utes The gateway answers an unregistered route with "404 page not found". Its leading 404 decodes as a JSON number, so the response classifier reports an internal "non-object JSON response" error rather than an HTTP 404: on the production gateway +features exited 5 with an app-list hint, and the previous change did not match it. A non-object JSON response now counts as an answer that did not come from the API, next to a bare 404 and the gateway's internal error (2200). After the read-only re-check, both commands re-type it as an API error and report feature_not_available, so the exit code is 1 instead of 5. Tests now use the gateway's real 404 body and also cover a 404 body that does not decode.

| p.Hint = "do not retry: the gateway has no route for enabling app features yet. Ask for the server to be upgraded, or enable the database for this app in Miaoda cloud development; report the log_id if app features should already be available" |
The app features commands are documented in the lark-apps skill; the top-level README only summarizes each domain.
…rver returns A frontend create can come back as a full_stack app without a database; such an app enables its database with +features / +feature-enable instead of going to Miaoda cloud development.
…wait - A body that is no API envelope is only taken for a missing route when the HTTP status is 404. A 200 with a null body leaves open whether the enable was applied: the command reads the operation kept for its key and reports it, and otherwise keeps the key, the read-only query and the same-key resume. - The 60s wait limit now covers the poll reads: each read and its network replays run under the wait deadline, and an answer that arrives after it is reported as the wait timeout with the original key. - A rate-limited enable leaves no operation for its key, so the hint asks for a new attempt without --idempotent-key, like any key the server does not keep; following it completes the enable. - Describe an older app's custom variables without internal configuration system names.
A rate limit only says the limited request did nothing. After a network replay, or on a resume, the key may already name an operation, so the key is read first: an operation the resume rule would not re-send is reported as it is, a retryable failure keeps the key for a later resume, and only the server's own "not kept" answer leads to a new attempt without --idempotent-key. A first request that is rate limited keeps the new-attempt hint.

apps +featuresandapps +feature-enableso an app can turn on a server-side business feature from the CLI. The first feature isdatabase(the app's PostgreSQL database): afull_stackapp no longer needs to be created with a database, or upgraded through a cloud session, to get one.
