It would be nice if skill-authoring/skill-creator skill are bundled to create, update and test/eval Agent Skill using Xum that enforce Agent Skill best practices. It's similar to workflow-authoring but for agent skills instead of workflow.
skill-creator are available but it's using Claude Code for test/eval, it's also using python for the test/eval scripts. Maybe using .js is worth considering since Xum workflow use .js already.
