Hey I was looking to get some clarity on how eth fees paid to provers can be claimed. Is it through the requestor? Are they paid out when claiming mining rewards at the end of the epoch? Should they be automatically sent to the prover's wallet when paid?

Talking specifically about the ETH fees shown in the attached photo. There is no mention on the docs that I can find.
