[Feature Request]: Hide sensitive data in Set/Get variable

Hi

It's possible to add a check box or a column with boolean type on Get or Set variable step to hide sensitive data if variable contains sensitive data to prevent display in log no matter the level

Instead of doing this on a single transform or action, it would be even better if we could mark a field as PII or sensitive and keep that flag in the entire pipeline.

The generic flag on the parameter/variable level is sort of what NiFi does and it leads to serious architectural consequences. Proceed with caution. If the problem is with the logging of the Set Variables transform and action, let's simply add the requested Sensitive data : do not log flag.
