Add additional warnings for pipeline failures to be saved in runs folder

• Warning for Tavily/OpenAI credit running out
• Warning for failure to connect to OpenAI
• Warning for default predictions used
• Warning for insufficient insights gathered

Currently these fail silently and model is able to continue and produce predictions, hiding the failure.
