@PatrickDiallo23, we currently don't have this in the community. Feel free to try your hand at it. Publish a repository, announce it here, see what people think about it. It's a wortwhile experiment! |

@triceo @TomCools I was thinking of something even better. What if we could add in the repo a generic AI skill/agent/MCP server to help developers create an end-to-end timefold template application based on their use case? It would support turning the problem into facts, planning entities, scalar or list variables, constraints, score types, demo data, and a runnable Timefold application. Also, based on your quickstart, you can also generate an easy and usable UI for testing the ideas. This way developers have a single point of truth prompt that can be used for apps. For MCP, you can let agents run the app, understand the results, the analysis, and suggest a better approach. One downside would be that the markdown files (or tools in the case of the MCP server) need maintanance, and I don't think you have time for that. |
Uh oh!

Hello Team,
I am not sure if this feature already exist, but it would be great for developers (and not only) to have an MCP or a Chat Participant (for GitHub Copilot Chat extension) that can access Timefold Docs, Timefold Codebase (from public repository) and the quickstarts. It would be a very useful feature to have because it can provide support on using Timefold API more efficiently. If it doesn't exist, can I start working on it? Or, if this already exists, can I also contribute on this? Thank you!
