AgentServices: x402 Data APIs for MetaGPT Agents

AgentServices provides 50+ API endpoints that agents can discover and pay for via x402 micropayments ($0.01-$0.25/call, USDC on Base).

MetaGPT already supports x402 via PR #1937 (Nory payment tools). AgentServices gives MetaGPT agents a comprehensive data layer to consume.
