feat: Add support for Component signature

The CycloneDX Python library currently doesn't support the signature field on components, as defined in CycloneDX v1.4+. Would you consider adding it?

Hi @jkowalleck. Thank you for your response. I don''t consider working on this issue right now. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time at the moment to look into the project. I will reevaluate in about month time, as this is important, but not crucial issue to me. Thank you.
