edta container 2.3.0--hdfd78af_0 includes old dependencies

Hello,
the latest edta container tag on quay.io includes tir-learner package v. 3.0.2 which was out-of-date for two years already
at time of update despite bioconda-recipe not having any requirements on tir-learner version.
Why is it so ? (tir-learner 3.0.7 contains a bug fix important to us...)

I'm unsure as to why. Maybe when it was built 6 month ago, one of the requirement had a dependency on a specific version of tir-learner?

I'm unsure if we have a way of rebuilding the container, short of adding a new conda package version. @bgruening thoughts?

Newer tir-learner versions add pytorch dependency, perhaps there was some dependency problem at the time of build
(the same pytorch build tir-learner upgrade downloads now has been available since Jul 15, 2025, though).

I tried to see whats going on here: bioconda/bioconda-recipes#68576

But it now fails with Error: The RMblast engine is not installed in RepeatMasker!
