The assets in the following files are referred to as the "Marks" and are excluded from the “Work” licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0:

- /fission/src/assets/autodesk_logo.png
- /fission/src/assets/autodesk_symbol.png
- /fission/public/synthesis-logo.svg
Subject to the terms below, Autodesk Inc. grants you a revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display copies of the Marks solely in connection with Autodesk Synthesis.
This license does not permit you to:
- modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Marks;
- distribute or license the Marks as standalone assets;
- use the Marks as your own trademark, trade name, product name or branding;
- use the Marks in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by Autodesk Inc. other than in connection with Autodesk Synthesis; or
- authorize any other person to exercise rights in the Marks, except as necessary to reproduce or display an authorized copy on your behalf.
Other than as stated in this license, no copyright, trademark or other ownership interest in the Marks is assigned or transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Autodesk Inc.
The Marks are provided “AS IS,” without warranties or conditions of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
