[Bug]: " ' " Character Not Showing Up in Fields

Description

When naming a field that contains an apostrophe ('), the field is rendered without it. For example "I Don't Know" renders as "I Dont Know".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new study
2. In the study form builder, have the name include an apostrophe, like "I Don't Known"
3. In the preview, notice the missing apostrophe
